Some of these run at work and cannot be shown in detail. Some run on my own machines. Each one says which it is, and what the problem actually was.

- Autonomous Publishing AgentA system that runs a Substack publication on its own — writing, commenting, replying and following, on a schedule, without a single question to a human. Rebuilt from scratch after the first version collapsed under its own complexity.
- Invoice Retrieval AutomationThe portal released invoices one at a time — one clicking sequence per document, with no bulk export. Replaced by batch retrieval.
- Cross-System VAT CalculationVAT for Italian customers had to be reconciled from two systems that knew nothing about each other. Now one calculation, one result, the same every time.
- Self-Billing AutomationValues were retyped from PDFs into an internal system by hand. Now they are read out of the document and handed over in the format that system expects.
In development 1
- Personal Finance DashboardSpending, savings and investments from scattered sources in one view. Built on real financial data, so the interface will only ever be shown with synthetic numbers.
