- NIA Autonomous Substack EditorWriting every day is not the hard part of a publication; doing it unattended is. NIA researches, writes, checks and publishes on its own schedule — five community runs a day, one researched article a week — and confirms every action on Substack itself.

- Invoice Retrieval AutomationThe portal released invoices one at a time, with a separate clicking sequence for every document. A batch of 50 now takes about 45 seconds instead of 37 minutes.
- Cross-System VAT CalculationVAT for Italian customers required data from two systems with no shared logic. One deterministic process now replaces roughly 4 hours 35 minutes of manual assembly per cycle.
- Self-Billing AutomationValues were retyped from self-billing PDFs into an internal system. The automation removes about five minutes per document, or roughly two hours for a 25-document customer set.
